•   What healthcare plans do you accept?
  •  We accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Tufts, United Health Care, Medicare, Private Healthcare Systems
      (PHCS), and Neighborhood Health Care (NHC). Please contact your health insurance company to ensure your visits to RI Healthcare Family Practice are covered.
    
•   If I don't currently have a healthcare plan, can I still receive medical attention?
  •  Yes. We ask that you call in advance, prior to your arrival.
    
•   What are your hours of operation and how do I contact you in an emergency?
  •  Our hours of service are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10 AM - 6 PM, Alternating Saturdays 10 AM - 2 PM, Closed Wednesday and Sundays. •   Do you provide referrals?
  •   Yes. Please call us and provide the following information: Your physician's name, address, telephone, and fax. New patients will need to be seen by a primary care physician first.

  •   Yes. All visits and personal medical information are confidential as provided by law. RI Healthcare Family Practice is HIPPA compliant.
